Celebrating World Mental Health Day 2022
Today we will be celebrating World Mental Health Day. This day was created by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and other key international and national organisations across the world, with the aim of raising awareness of mental health and eliminating the stigma surrounding it.
To raise awareness for this year’s day the Horus team will be wearing blue, in support of Oxfordshire Mind.
We recognise the value of the work Mind carries out across the UK for Mental health and as a long-term supporter, we raised money for the charity last year to celebrate the opening of Horus North America.
In our Ox2Tex challenge, we encouraged our team to walk, run or cycle the 4,851 miles between our head office in Oxford and our new office in Austin, TX. Since then, we have continued to support the charity on a monthly basis.
